Transmitter and receiver for poka-yoke with a communication distance of 100m
The TW-820R-EXS is an enhanced receiver for poka-yoke applications, equipped with RS-232C serial output, improving the communication performance of the TW-800R-EXS receiver. When combined with the slim transmitter TW-820T for poka-yoke applications, it achieves a communication distance of 100 meters, significantly extending the previous communication range of 30 to 50 meters. Additionally, by replacing the RS-232C serial output type poka-yoke receiver TW-800R-EXS currently in use in the production process with the TW-820R-EXS, it is possible to extend the communication distance without changing the transmitter attached to the poka-yoke compatible tools. Multiple poka-yoke compatible tools can be paired (there is no limit on the number of devices that can be paired).

In combination with the current transmitter (*1), the communication distance is extended by 20m compared to the TW-800R-EXS. 3. The receiver can communicate with multiple transmitters by performing pairing. 4. The receiver outputs the data received from the transmitter in a dedicated format via RS-232C.
