En-GuardⓇ "Operator Safety Monitoring System"
Ensure the safety of workers operating in hazardous environments.
By attaching the "En-Guard Portable ENP-MD01J" to their arm or waist, workers can share their location (obtained from GNSS) and safety status, such as helmet usage, with supervisors located 300m to 1km away from the work site. If a worker is in danger, they can simply press and hold a button to notify the supervisor of the danger (help). The ENP-MD01J is designed for outdoor work environments, featuring a size that fits in a smartphone case, lightweight (140g), flame-resistant, weather-resistant, and impact-resistant polycarbonate AES, as well as waterproof and dustproof capabilities (IP65). Additionally, supervisors can monitor the safety status of up to 50 workers through the "Safety Monitoring Software En-Guard plus" and "En-Guard Hub ENH-LR01J," allowing them to utilize safety monitoring history data for safety measure considerations. Communication between the ENP-MD01J and ENH-LR01J is via LoRa technology (with our developed "compact LoRa wireless module" built into both ENP-MD01J and ENH-LR01J), enabling wireless communication between workers and supervisors without communication costs or the need for smartphones.
