By integrating Rakuten Communications' "Real-time Positioning System - Ubisense Service" with our product "Poka-Yoke Tool," we can establish a Poka-Yoke system for the location and frequency of fastening.

The Ubisense service is a high-precision positioning solution that employs UWB technology. Sensors installed at high locations measure the position of poka-yoke tools equipped with tags, allowing for the identification of fastening locations. The positioning software of the Ubisense service works in conjunction with the Ubisense sensors and our company's receivers for poka-yoke, enabling real-time monitoring of the fastening locations and the number of fastenings performed with torque wrenches, thus checking whether the fastening work was carried out within the specified work area. If fastening is done outside the designated area, it will not be counted and will not be deemed a correct operation. Depending on the number of sensors and their installation positions, it is possible to detect fastening locations with an accuracy of within 30 cm.
