[Pokayoke Example] Prevention of Oil Injection Forgetting
Realization of prevention against forgetting to inject oil with an oil gun.
We received a request from a snowblower manufacturer stating, "We would like to implement a mistake-proofing system to prevent forgetting to inject oil into the gear case during the production process of household snowblowers." [Details] - In addition to "preventing forgetting to inject oil," we will also include mistake-proofing for "preventing forgetting to mark with a pen" and "preventing forgetting to tighten the drain bolt." - By equipping the oil gun (preset batch meter) used for injecting oil into the snowblower's gear case with our small transmitter TW-850T for mistake-proofing, we have developed a mechanism to "detect when the trigger of the oil gun is pulled." - To ensure that the operability of the oil injection is not compromised, we have designed a mechanism to attach the small transmitter TW-850T for mistake-proofing to the bushing of the oil gun (oil inlet side). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
