The embedding unit PU-SX10 / PU-SX24 / PU-SX48 is a product that enables various embedding tasks with poka-yoke by exchanging the tip part to match the embedding target. In embedding tasks such as connectors and clips for circuit boards, it applies a consistent force to the embedding target (e.g., connector) and detects when the embedding target has been embedded, wirelessly transmitting the work results. The tip part can be prepared by the customer (M6 screw hole is provided). You can choose the embedding force (spring strength). ■Overview of the Embedded Unit - The "embedded unit" contains a spring in addition to the switch, and the switch will not be pressed unless a force above a certain value is applied. Additionally, there are three types of springs to choose from, and the force can be adjusted depending on the connector. - The "embedded unit" has a built-in wireless transmitter, allowing it to interface with PLCs and higher-level systems using a dedicated receiver. By utilizing the Simple Poka-Yoke Counter (TW-800R-SCL), it is possible to build a minimal configuration Poka-Yoke system that can manage counts. This prevents connectors in a partially mated state from leaking into the market while simultaneously preventing inspection oversights and omissions. - By designing the tip section in-house, it is possible to request production from related processing manufacturers or to internally produce the tip parts using a 3D printer. This flexibility not only helps reduce costs and lead times but also speeds up the process from prototyping to implementation. *If you have issues with half-lock problems in your connectors, please contact us.
