DEC's PTS is a suction-type powder transport device that utilizes a vacuum pump. The device is compact due to the adoption of a flat-type filter. Since there are no electrical components in the device, explosion-proof measures are unnecessary. Compared to other transport devices such as pressure-fed systems, it minimizes friction on the powder during transport and greatly reduces the generation of static electricity. Depending on the combination with other devices, it can also accommodate containment. Additionally, by using options, it is possible to transport liquids, allowing for wet down after powder transport or internal pipe cleaning.
