The Minibag from Tisza Textil is a single-use flexible container. This container consists of a bag section for holding tablets or powders and a frame, allowing for the replacement of the single-use bag section. The bag features a double structure made up of an outer bag and an inner liner. The frame is also compatible with existing automated warehouses. By sharing frames across multiple manufacturing sites, inter-site transfers can be accomplished by only moving the bag sections, and transportation can be limited to outbound shipments only. Unlike rigid containers, it reduces the costs and time required for cleaning and cleaning validation, eliminating the need to purchase large container cleaning machines with high initial costs. Additionally, there is an option to make the frame foldable, allowing it to be compactly stored when not in use, thus saving valuable space within the factory.

By using a foldable frame, it can be compactly folded and stored when not in use, saving valuable space in the factory. Additionally, it is possible to share one frame with bags of different capacities, allowing for a variety of products to be accommodated simply by introducing the bags according to the manufacturing items. One frame can be shared to use six different bag capacities ranging from 160 to 520 liters.
