[Static Electricity Countermeasures] Grounding Confirmation Device for Charged Liquids (such as drums)
Metallic bodies with electrical conductivity can be grounded with Earth-Rite PLUS!
The LACT unit, skid, and IBC (metal container) that come into contact with charged liquids may accumulate dangerous levels of static electricity on conductive metal bodies. If static electricity accumulates on an ungrounded object, the object's charge voltage can rise sharply, posing a risk of static sparks. The energy at that time may exceed the minimum ignition energy of various flammable gases and vapors. Earth-Rite PLUS ensures grounding of IBCs and drums with two systems: "interlock" and "indicator (display)." By using it, static charges can be safely removed, preventing ignition due to static discharge, and continuously monitoring grounding resistance values to eliminate ignition risks during operation.
basic information
The universal grounding clamp with an easily connectable two-core cable is also easy to handle. *The length of the cable can be specified as an option. Grounding completion is indicated by the flashing green LED lamp. The lamp shows that it detects a grounding resistance value of 10 ohms or more.

We will be exhibiting at the INCHEM TOKYO 2021, the 34th Plant Show.
Thank you very much to everyone who visited during the event. Thanks to you, the seminar was well-attended and concluded successfully. If you have any questions regarding the exhibits, catalogs, or materials related to the exhibitor seminars that you viewed at the venue, please feel free to contact us at the information below. We will also respond to inquiries received during the event in due course. For more details about the seminars and other products, please do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to your continued support. ▼ Information on the held seminar "Handling Toxic Powders and Powders That Should Not Be Exposed to the Atmosphere" Tasks such as incorporating toxic powders into equipment or packaging them are very challenging due to the ease of exposure to the powders. How can we perform these tasks safely (protecting the workers and preventing dust explosions) and efficiently? We addressed this issue.

Report on Participation in the 1st Explosion-Proof and Disaster Prevention Risk Management Exhibition INCHEM TOKYO 2019
We exhibited at the "1st Explosive and Disaster Risk Management Exhibition INCHEM TOKYO 2019." During the event, many people participated in both the seminars and the booth, and we were able to conclude it successfully. We sincerely thank everyone who visited us. If you have any questions regarding the seminars or other products, we would appreciate it if you could contact our sales representative or reach out to us using the information below. We look forward to your continued support. ▼ Information on the seminars held Safe Handling of Toxic Substances in Plants In chemical plants, it is necessary to handle various substances, each with different levels of toxicity and quantities. The seminar explained methods to mitigate exposure throughout a series of processes, from charging the reaction vessel to packaging the final product. Dust Explosion Countermeasures in Plants We provided explanations on explosion countermeasures in chemical plants, including the introduction of powders into reactors containing flammable gases and the handling of powders with dust explosion risks, based on reference flows. *For detailed information, please contact us.
