The beer analysis device "Smart Analysis" is provided by DNAPhone (Italy) and is a spectrophotometric analysis device that allows for the easy analysis of various parameters of wort, beer, and brewing water. The measurement time is approximately 10 minutes, and the required sample volume is less than 1cc. Thanks to patented optical technology, it can measure the entire spectrum in the ultraviolet-visible range, enabling color analysis based on the standard CIELab method, as well as color analysis based on the EBC and ASBC methods. 【Features】 The compact device with a built-in battery can be easily transported for measurements.
