Monocyte activation test kit, an alternative method to the rabbit pyrogen test and LAL test. It uses human monocytic THP-1 cells to detect the inflammatory cytokine TNF-α. Capable of detecting gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
