Aluminum casting gravity mold prototype
We can respond to mass production prototypes of aluminum castings using gravity (aluminum die casting) at a low cost and with a short delivery time.

Generally, aluminum castings produced in mass production molds are made using sand casting methods during prototyping due to the low initial costs and short lead times for small quantities. We offer low-cost and short lead time prototypes using gravity casting with molds. Since we can reduce initial costs, it is possible to convert machined parts into castings. Generally, this method is adopted for medium production of aluminum castings, but it is considered unsuitable for prototypes in terms of cost and lead time.
