[Case Study] Efficiency Improvement of Product Storage Space through Roller Conveyor Installation

An energy-saving and space-saving example that enables product alignment using natural slopes without electricity!

We would like to introduce a case study of how we proposed the installation of roller conveyors for each product number to improve the efficiency of product storage space. As a background, there was a pressure on product storage space due to a rapid increase in production volume, leading to storage by pallet and cart, which made it difficult to manage first-in, first-out (FIFO) and the number of products as well as product number management.
