A case where we quickly proposed a new cutting edge shape along with the analysis results of the current situation, contributing to a reduction in tool costs!

We would like to introduce a case where improvements progressed rapidly through edge analysis using our own equipment. To reduce tool costs, the customer was advancing improvement activities such as extending the life of drills and resolving breakage issues, while searching for solutions. In this context, we conducted edge observation with our measuring equipment and analyzed the welding and wear conditions. The stalled improvement activities began to move forward, resulting in reduced tool costs through extended tool life.
