Thermocouple test data
We will publish test data for thermocouple temperature measurement using a rolling slip ring, so please use it as a reference. This is a mercury-free slip ring with our unique rolling mechanism. It has a structure similar to a roller bearing, allowing for stable rotational connections without sliding like conventional slip rings. The product shown in the image is a 20A, 4-pole model, which is used for power supply to conveying equipment in a major food manufacturer's factory. Additionally, the planetary motion slip ring generates low noise, making it suitable for extracting small signals from piezoelectric elements, strain gauges, accelerometer PUs, and more. It is also used by automotive manufacturers for development and verification purposes. We can design and manufacture one unit or more according to your requirements for current, number of poles, operating voltage, and so on.

Hisawa Giken's rotary slip ring!
We are a development-oriented company that designs and develops a unique rolling-type rotary connector, which differs from conventional slip rings and mercury types, and we are continuously working on their improvements. The rolling-type slip ring features a one-of-a-kind structure globally, with low contact resistance, low noise, and low rotational torque. It is also capable of conducting high-frequency currents of 13.57 MHz, and we have numerous delivery records to major semiconductor manufacturers. To engage in development in a better environment, we relocated our office to the current location in May 2024.
