With the practical application of power devices using SiC and GaN, the importance of circuit simulators in power supply design is increasing. In this seminar, we will explain the methods and considerations for loss analysis using the Scideam circuit simulator, which can also be linked with MATLAB/Simulink, incorporating user case studies. Keynote Speech: Case Presentation "Model-Based Development of Totem-Pole PFC using Scideam" Yasushi Yonezawa, Researcher, Institute of Future Materials and Systems, Nagoya University We will introduce a case study of designing and implementing a Totem-pole PFC suitable for SiC/GaN devices using model-based development technology. We will explain the control design combining Scideam and MATLAB/Simulink, as well as software development techniques using code generation technology. 2.
