JMAG-RT compatible HILS Motor Signal Generator 'DT-1063'
Standard equipped with a rental-compatible JMAG-RT compatible inverter failure simulation function! High precision and high-speed response capable motor HILS.
The DT-1063 motor signal generator is a motor HILS that allows for safe evaluation of controllers without the need for actual motors. It is a real-time simulator (motor HILS) compatible with the electromagnetic field analysis software JMAG developed and sold by JSOL Corporation. By loading JMAG-RT as the simulation model, it operates as a virtual inverter and motor. The compact box contains all the necessary systems for motor simulation and operates as a virtual motor with just a power supply. Additionally, it can be offered at about one-tenth the price of conventional products, making it possible to implement low-cost solutions for development departments aimed at mass production, such as outsourcing to external development partners. 【Features】 - Standalone independent system - Reasonable pricing - High-speed simulation - No advanced modeling technology required *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

September 26th Event: Practical Examples and Latest Developments in Model-Based Development (MBD) of Control Systems Using MATLAB and Scideam
In this seminar, we will delve into specific application methods of Model-Based Design (MBD) centered around MATLAB and the high-speed circuit simulator Scideam, along with practical case studies in projects. We will also provide a detailed explanation of the technical advantages of introducing Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) and Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) systems. For the keynote speeches, we have invited Professor Katsushi Hasegawa from Chubu University and Associate Professor Yu Yonezawa from Nagoya University to discuss the contributions of MBD to energy efficiency, vibration suppression, and high precision in industrial machinery from a professional perspective. <Keynote Speeches> [New High-Response Torque Control Method for Synchronous Motors and Performance Evaluation Using MATLAB] Professor Katsushi Hasegawa, Department of Aerospace Engineering, Chubu University [Practical Model-Based Development for Power Electronics, from Noise Analysis to Data Centers] Associate Professor Yu Yonezawa, Institute of Future Materials and Systems, Nagoya University We sincerely look forward to your entries!

Motor control transformed by AI, from actual machine measurement to mass production development: Seminar on contract development solutions for soft sensors using deep learning.
In this seminar, we will introduce a contract development solution for soft sensors using deep learning. We can provide a consistent response from high-precision data acquisition through actual motor measurements to the construction of deep learning models, as well as the verification and consulting of trained models. We will present effective solutions for nonlinear characteristics and real-time estimation, which have been challenging with traditional development methods. We will explain the implementation flow for technical developers and business leaders who are exploring next-generation motor control utilizing AI technology.
