We would like to introduce a case study of a three-phase brushless motor control system that we developed for an automotive-related manufacturer. The company wanted to create a test system for motor drive devices and requested the realization of three-phase brushless motor control with sinusoidal wave drive, while also aiming for a compact test system. We designed and delivered the enclosure, circuit board, wiring, and control software for the three-phase brushless motor control system. It has been used in the prototype development of an electric brake, and they are very satisfied with it.
