Multi-channel Electrode Control System [Control System Development Case Study]

Strive to reduce costs by closely following the assets of the current aircraft! A case of delivering the electrode control unit.

We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a multi-channel electrode control system to a display-related manufacturer. They requested the development of an electrode control unit that transmits information from 600 electrodes to a PC application. We proposed redesigning the FPGA for multi-channel electrode control, redesigning various control boards to meet size requirements, and providing design and manufacturing for harnesses and enclosures. We completed the assembly by enclosing the various control boards in the enclosure and conducting coupling tests, and we also completed system testing through on-site adjustments. The delivery was made in the form of an electrode control unit.
