Ultra-fine industrial endoscope with LED lighting, now compatible with applications like screw holes that were previously given up on!
We have achieved 160,000 pixels with an industrial endoscope featuring an ultra-small head measuring 1.05mm to 1.8mm. It is now possible to inspect and monitor the interiors of screw holes, tubes, and machined parts that were previously deemed too small, measuring just a few millimeters. The ultra-small industrial endoscope comes in four different product variations, differing in the presence of LED lighting, head size, and field of view.

Such ultra-thin endoscopes, with a tip size of about 1mm and a high-resolution camera, enable visualization of areas that were difficult to access with conventional methods. Particularly, models equipped with Zynq-based image processing can perform real-time correction and recording, making them very effective for non-destructive testing and preventive maintenance.
