To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, events such as exhibitions and seminars have been forced to be canceled. As an alternative to events, the use of webinars is expanding. We also considered holding webinars, but we believe that: - Simply using images and audio is not enough to convey the appeal of Digital Metal. - Allowing customers to physically handle parts precisely shaped by the binder jetting process is the best way to demonstrate our products. Therefore, we have started a service to lend out sample products of Digital Metal free of charge. - We will lend out samples that well represent the features and appeal of Digital Metal for free. - An online seminar explaining the binder jetting process will also be held to coincide with the timing when the samples reach the customers. We have conducted several sample lending plus seminar sessions so far, and we have received positive feedback from all customers.
