Based on the know-how gained from development and evaluation, we can perform image observation tailored to your needs. For image observation, we can provide high-resolution SEM images using ultra-high-resolution FE-SEM (in-lens). Additionally, we can accommodate detailed image observation through processing at specific locations using FIB equipment. We also flexibly support chemical processing (Dip, Spray).
