Igus is a machinery manufacturer that develops and produces high-performance plastic products for use in moving parts. It is headquartered in Cologne, Germany. Since 1964, the company has been engaged in the development and manufacturing of innovative products using lubrication-free plastics (motion plastics). Motion plastics products include energy chains, cables, plain bearings, lead screw technology, robots, and intelligent sensors, contributing to our customers' technological advancements and cost reductions. Most of our products are manufactured through injection molding, and the name Igus (igus) is derived from Industriespritzguss (industrial injection molding).
