Igus (headquartered in Germany) has added stainless steel guide rollers for ESD protection to its lineup of lubrication-free and maintenance-free Kseries guide rollers. These serve as a cost-effective alternative to static electricity prevention brushes and expensive special designs. They can be installed immediately, with sizes available in an outer diameter of 30mm and shaft diameters of 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. The length of the stainless steel tube can be specified in millimeters from 100 to 1000mm according to your desired length.
