The "e-skin flat" is a thin cable protection tube system designed for use in clean rooms. When used in conjunction with igus's CFCLEAN cables, which have no outer sheath, it achieves high reliability. Unlike typical movable flat cable systems where the stranded wires are fixed internally, this system allows for the replacement or addition of stored items, such as cables, in just a few minutes. Therefore, there is no need to replace the entire system when partially exchanging or adding items, enabling efficient operation without waste.
