IIDA engages in a variety of resin processing, including cutting of fluororesin (PTFE), precision cutting of hard resin PEEK, and highly precise cutting of soft materials. In an environmentally conscious factory, we manufacture resin products such as packing seals for construction machinery and industrial machinery, catering to a wide range of customer needs from prototypes to mass production. ≪New Developments in Molding and Processing≫ In November 2023, we acquired mold processing and injection molding operations from a parts manufacturer for medical devices, and began production in December of the same year. This has established a system that allows for integrated responses in mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, and cutting processing. ≪Also Supporting the Medical Field – Product Development Utilizing High-Precision Processing Technology≫ Leveraging our unique technological capabilities, we provide a variety of processed parts, including molded products, molded components, and cut parts. ≪Also Supporting 3D Printer Processing≫ In response to the recent expansion of demand, we also conduct prototyping and small-lot production using 3D printers. By combining this with traditional cutting and molding processes, we contribute to shorter lead times and cost reductions. *We respond to various customer requests with our integrated production system for resin processing.
