[Processing Example] Filter

Case study of filter processing achieved through the selection of precision machining tools and optimization of processing conditions.

We would like to introduce a processing example of the "Filter" conducted by Iida Manufacturing. This was achieved through the selection of cutting tools capable of precision machining and the optimization of processing conditions, allowing for the precision machining of small-diameter, porous filters made of PTFE with almost no burrs. This product is used for the filtration function of contaminants in fields such as semiconductors, where fluids may involve chemicals or organic solvents, as well as in the chemical industry and in medical and food sectors where hygiene management is crucial.
