Mitsutec's "MAR3500" is a high-speed visual inspection device that supports multi-type, full-sample, and multi-surface inspections. It is designed to inspect workpieces with three-dimensional and complex shapes, such as molded and cast products, and adopts a platform type that is easy to introduce into mass production lines. With high-performance visualization sensors and eight directional lights, it achieves both improved detection capability and reduced over-detection. Additionally, it is equipped with an easy teaching tool (R2T2) that allows for imaging under multiple conditions with a single click, reducing setup burdens. It can detect a variety of defects such as scratches, dents, voids, foreign objects, burrs, and engraved characters, and can also be combined with AI and cameras from other manufacturers. It contributes to solving the shortage of inspectors, improving quality, and ensuring traceability.
