Explanation of the issue: For efficient personnel allocation.

Achieving optimal personnel placement through "data" rather than "experience and intuition."

As the entire company faces the challenge of optimizing personnel allocation, it became necessary to accurately understand each member's strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve appropriate placement. However, until now, the focus has primarily been on interviews with on-site managers, which required a lot of time to grasp the situation. Therefore, we utilized the project management system "PM-BOX." This allowed us to quantify productivity and strengths and weaknesses for each member based on daily task performance. Furthermore, we can also identify the causes of delays or early completions, which can be used not only for allocation but also for considering training and improvement measures. This has reduced the burden on managers and contributed to easier evaluations and an increased awareness of growth among the members themselves. In this case study, we will introduce the specific initiatives taken.
