We are accepting inquiries for demonstrations and on-site evaluations of the non-camera monitoring sensor "MotionCatch" for owners and management companies of senior housing, service-equipped senior housing, and rental apartments. 【We can assist with the following inquiries】 - I want to establish a system for checking the safety of single residents. - I want a mechanism to be alerted when there is "no movement for an extended period." - I don't want to install cameras, but I want to understand the situation in the living space. 【Features of MotionCatch】 - Detects human movement non-contact using millimeter-wave radar and AI. - No cameras used and no video recording. It respects the privacy of residents. - Simply install on walls or ceilings. No wiring work is required (USB power supply and Wi-Fi). - Notifications of detected information are sent to the management company's PC or smartphone. - The detection range of one unit is approximately 6m x 4m, making it suitable for monitoring on a "room-by-room" basis rather than the entire floor. We accept inquiries for retrofitting existing properties, confirming installation conditions, and trial implementations (PoC). *No video is recorded.
