The Pirani vacuum gauge "VersaTorr Series" features the BVT100 series with a dual sensor system combining diaphragm and MEMS Pirani types, and the BVT200 series with a triple sensor that integrates a capacitance manometer for wider range measurements. The newly developed MEMS Pirani sensor enables wide-range measurements down to 7.5 x 10E-7 Torr, which is one order of magnitude lower than typical MEMS Pirani sensors. By covering the high-pressure range of 1.5 to 1000 Torr, where the Pirani sensor is affected by gas thermal losses, with a diaphragm type, it allows for wide-range measurements from 7.5 x 10E-7 to 1000 Torr.
