【Features】 - System WSA: Compatible with a minimum module of m 0.2, capable of small diameter machining (φ7.0mm and above), precision cutting edge grinding finish using a 5-axis NC grinding machine (compatible with PS/PSP tooth profiles). - System WSR: Replaceable cutting edge, compatible with a maximum module of m 5.0, features an interface that achieves high dimensional concentricity (patented), coolant supply from the rake face side available (optional). - System M117: Insert replaceable, compatible with a maximum module of m 8.0, adopts an automatic centering type insert seat, cutter arbor compatible with various spindle interfaces. - Gear broaching Systems N105, N110, S117: Replaceable cutting edge, compatible with a maximum module of m 5.0, capable of manufacturing external and internal gears using NC lathes and multi-tasking machines. - Gear end face deburring tool System DSS: Carbide solid, capable of one-chucking processing for gear skiving + deburring on multi-tasking machines and 5-axis machining centers, deburring possible in about 2 seconds. - All products are custom-made.
