Janome will launch the “AP-D Option (Camera Dispensing)” for the JR4000 Series on Nov. 4, 2025. Designed for fine workpieces requiring precision dispensing, it combines a machine-vision camera, laser displacement sensor, and needle adjuster in one package. The updated PC software “JR C-Points III” enables integrated robot and camera setup and supports importing 3D CAD drawings including spline curves. This provides an easy-to-use teaching environment, helping shorten commissioning time and stabilize quality (compatible with JR4300 and above).

As a new application for the Tabletop robot JR4000 series, Janome will launch the “PCB Depaneling Robot JR4000ERT” on Nov. 4, 2025. The package integrates a high-precision spindle motor, dust collection system, and indicator to deliver stable PCB cutting in a compact, cost-effective setup. With the dedicated PC software “JR C-Points III,” users can visually teach cutting positions using a USB camera and apply position correction. Toolpath creation from CAD data and offset settings help reduce setup time and improve accuracy. *Please contact us for compatible USB camera specifications.
