As a new application for the Tabletop robot JR4000 series, Janome will launch the “PCB Depaneling Robot JR4000ERT” on Nov. 4, 2025. The package integrates a high-precision spindle motor, dust collection system, and indicator to deliver stable PCB cutting in a compact, cost-effective setup. With the dedicated PC software “JR C-Points III,” users can visually teach cutting positions using a USB camera and apply position correction. Toolpath creation from CAD data and offset settings help reduce setup time and improve accuracy. *Please contact us for compatible USB camera specifications.

Janome will launch the “AP-D Option (Camera Dispensing)” for the JR4000 Series on Nov. 4, 2025. Designed for fine workpieces requiring precision dispensing, it combines a machine-vision camera, laser displacement sensor, and needle adjuster in one package. The updated PC software “JR C-Points III” enables integrated robot and camera setup and supports importing 3D CAD drawings including spline curves. This provides an easy-to-use teaching environment, helping shorten commissioning time and stabilize quality (compatible with JR4300 and above).

We have released a tabletop robot with a twin table specification that has two X tables. By having two X tables for placing workpieces, the waiting time for both the robot and the operator is reduced, leading to increased productivity. ● Reduction in capital investment costs: Typically, two machines would be required, but since both the robot and the tools can be handled by one unit, you can save on the purchase costs of expensive jet coating machines and torque drivers. ● Space-saving: Since one robot can replace two tables, the installation space can also be reduced. We offer two models for different applications: the "JR3303T" for coating and the standard and screw tightening model "JR3353T." ◎ For more details, please contact us using the information below.

It is possible to fully automate the manual insertion of tangless inserts. Even the precise vertical insertion work, which requires skill when done manually, can be repeated accurately with machine control using this product, leading to improvements in quality and productivity. - Automatic inspection function (optional) A function that automatically inspects the height, float, and missing parts of coil insertion using contact sensors. The verification work that has previously been done manually, checking one hole at a time, can now be automated. For more details, please contact us using the information below.

We have released a C-type frame servo press machine equipped with a newly developed two-handed operation safety device for press use [domestic type certification obtained]. Since safety devices such as light curtains and area sensors are not required, costs can be reduced while ensuring worker safety and a wide working space.
