JANOME Corporation Industrial Equipment Sales Division
To strengthen our sales and technical support structure for industrial equipment in India, we have established and commenced operations of JANOME Industrial Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. (JIE-India) (established April 2024; located in Gurugram, Haryana). By shifting from an agent-based model to a local base, we will enhance sales activities and technical support while also developing new distributor partnerships. We remain committed to providing faster, higher-satisfaction service to customers in the Indian market.
