Automating the reel winding process, with the option to retrofit existing taping devices! This equipment winds the work inserted into the embossed tape onto a reel and applies labels. It can then stock the reels in the storage section. It has also been introduced to major electronic component manufacturers. 【Issue 1】 We want to reduce the man-hours for reel winding and label application tasks and manage production quantities. 【Issue 2】 We want to select a reel changer that can connect to our existing equipment. In response to this issue, aluminum foil straws have been proposed as a substitute for plastic straws because their density is greater than that of water, preventing them from floating, and they corrode during the process, thus having a minimal impact on marine ecosystems.
