This is a semi-automatic crimping device for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It uses a foil reel to perform crimping of lead terminals and foil with a punch-type mold. The cycle is driven electrically with a two-hand switch. It is designed for test production and small lot manufacturing. 【Features】 ■ Designed for easy test production. By using a foil reel supply, it allows for continuous crimping of lead terminals. To enhance safety, the electric crimping is operated with a two-hand switch, reducing the workload. While foil reel supply is standard, it can also accommodate strip-type supplies. ■ Utilizes units from mass production equipment. It is equipped with a proven punch-type crimping mold that is used in our mass production equipment.
