A user-friendly vacuum device that can also be pressurized has been developed as a prototype!
This model allows for pressurization inside the chamber in addition to conventional vacuum operation. It is a compact vacuum device suitable for testing and research. The target work can be set inside the vacuum chamber for both depressurization and pressurization. 【New Features】 - It enables the creation of various processes. The holding time, order, and number of depressurization and pressurization cycles can be set arbitrarily. Processes suitable for the product can be programmed. - Adjustment of valve opening and closing amounts is possible with an electric needle valve (optional mechanism). By controlling the valve opening and closing amounts with the electric needle valve, the time to reach the target internal pressure can be adjusted. This allows for the adjustment of supply amounts, thereby suppressing cavitation (bubbles) and liquid level fluctuations during suction and discharge. (Patent Application 2025-73027) 【Other Features】 - By adopting a vacuum chamber made of rigid aluminum, the device excels in maintaining airtightness. - The combination of ball screws and servo motors enhances vertical movement and high-precision positioning of the stage, improving the reproducibility of experiments. - The use of a high-speed vacuum pump allows for rapid attainment of the specified vacuum level, demonstrating its true value in experiments such as vacuum impregnation. - With fixtures tailored to the products for vacuum impregnation, it can hold a variety of products, offering excellent versatility.
