A variety of low thermal expansion materials, including the ultimate "zero thermal expansion alloy Rex Zero," high-strength cast steel, and new vibration-damping steel, are available.

【Low Thermal Expansion Material】 - Ultimate Zero Thermal Expansion (LEX ZERO) - OK down to minus 50°C (LEX ZERO NEXT) - Space-Compatible (LEX-STAR) - High Rigidity Plus Low Thermal Expansion (LEX-35E+) 【High Strength Cast Steel Material】 (TNCM-α) 【New Vibration-Damping Cast Steel】 (ETA-BF1) Compatible with cast and forged products. Capable of manufacturing from small to super large items (from 10 grams to 15 tons), with quick response using block material in stock (400X400X150 mm), and can be cut to your desired size. Supports complex shapes, with high near-net shape capability for sand molds and lost-wax cast products. Test pieces for trial use are available upon request, please inquire. Surface treatments: Electroless Ni plating, black electroless Ni plating, black chrome plating, etc. It also features good machinability (ease of cutting) compared to super alloys.

【Low Thermal Expansion Zero Alloy Material LEX ZERO】 As its name suggests, LEX ZERO is effectively a "zero expansion" alloy material, successfully developed and industrialized through unique alloy design and melting/refining technologies. LEX assists in achieving the high precision demanded by the times. 【Overview of LEX Materials】 The LEX series is classified into two categories: low carbon and high carbon, allowing customers to choose the most suitable LEX from a diverse lineup that meets their needs. Additionally, we offer high-strength cast steel and new vibration-resistant steel with distinctive features. 【Low Carbon LEX】 Low thermal expansion alloys with a super-invar composition have unstable structures at sub-zero temperatures, which limits their applicable environments. However, we provide products that maintain stable low thermal expansion performance down to -30°C, -50°C, and -196°C (liquid nitrogen temperature), as well as high Young's modulus low thermal expansion alloys with high rigidity. 【High Carbon LEX】 By adding a certain amount of carbon, graphite can be distributed within the structure, thereby resolving the unique machinability issues of low thermal expansion alloys and improving machining efficiency. We offer a range of low thermal expansion alloys, from those equivalent to super-invar to those with approximately half the low thermal expansion of steel materials.
