This course aims to address such concerns by clearly explaining, from the "newcomer's perspective," questions like "Why is it necessary to produce products carefully and within deadlines?" and "Why must we report to our superiors when equipment breaks down?" Ultimately, we aim for the new employees to be aware of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and Hou-Ren-Sou (reporting, communication, and consultation) in their daily tasks, so that they can become valuable assets to our company as quickly as possible.
