The Japan Plant Maintenance Association conducts an annual survey to understand the "payment rates for outsourced skilled workers" related to maintenance services and construction, primarily targeting equipment users in the process industry. This has been carried out once a year since 1989 (four times a year until 1998), categorized by region, profession, and over the years. You can respond to the survey using the questionnaire below during the period from September 1 (Monday) to November 21 (Friday). We appreciate your cooperation. *Those who respond will receive a report (PDF version) on the "2025 Outsourced Skilled Workers' Payment Rate Survey." Target: Primarily users of equipment and devices in the process industry that outsource maintenance-related construction work. *Companies that receive maintenance-related construction orders or do not outsource construction are not included in the survey. Survey Period: September 1 (Monday) to November 21 (Friday), 2025.

●Overview and Objectives - Currently, the entire industrial sector is being called upon to implement measures and initiatives aimed at utilizing renewable energy to achieve a decarbonized society. In this context, "kaizen" improvements that are effective for decarbonization and energy conservation are receiving more attention than ever, and the number of companies adopting them is increasing. - This course introduces the theme of "decarbonization" and "carbon neutrality," which have recently garnered attention, and explains why kaizen improvements are being highlighted now and how they are effective for "energy conservation" and "decarbonization," using examples from advanced companies.
