Antibody purification chromatography "Cellufine SPA-HC"

A highly reusable resin in which alkaline-resistant protein A is immobilized on cellulose particles that have significantly improved pressure resistance through a unique bridging method.

Cellufine SPA-HC is a highly reusable resin that immobilizes alkaline-resistant Protein A on porous cellulose particles, significantly improving pressure resistance through a unique crosslinking method. With proprietary particle manufacturing technology developed over 40 years of industry experience, it achieves high adsorption performance at high flow rates. Designed as a filler for actual manufacturing scales, it allows for the utilization of existing equipment while achieving reduced lead times. 【Features】 ■ Excellent dynamic binding capacity Achieves excellent dynamic adsorption even with short residence times Over 50 mg/mL excellent adsorption performance at a residence time of 2 minutes ■ High pressure resistance and liquid permeability Achieves high flow rates at low pressure through unique crosslinking technology At an operating pressure of 0.3 MPa, liquid flow is possible at a flow rate with a residence time of 2.4 minutes ■ Robust performance independent of antibody type Maintains high adsorption performance even with different monoclonal antibodies Enables robust downstream development ■ Excellent reusability Immobilizes highly alkaline-resistant recombinant Protein A Achieves excellent alkaline resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
