Efficient polishing purification of antibody drugs: "Cellufine MAX IB"

Mixed-mode chromatography resin that can be used for polishing purification after protein A chromatography.

"Cellufine MAX IB" is a new mixed-mode resin used for the polishing purification of monoclonal antibodies (Mab) after the purification of Protein A resin. It features surface modification with polyallylamine and the modification of some parts with butyl groups, allowing proteins to adsorb even at high salt concentrations. 【Features】 ■ Can be used for the polishing purification of antibody drugs ■ After Protein A purification, it can achieve high purity with just one purification step ■ Contributes to reduced lead times and cost savings through a two-step purification process ■ Stable resin that allows for in-place cleaning with 0.5M sodium hydroxide ■ Unique salt tolerance that retains proteins even at high salt concentrations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
