Introducing a purification case of human coronavirus OC43 using Cellufine Sulfate!

Due to advances in vaccines and clinical diagnostics, there is a growing demand for highly purified and concentrated large amounts of viral particles. "Cellufine Sulfate" is a chromatography carrier. This allows for the avoidance of cumbersome, time-consuming, and potentially dangerous conventional ultracentrifugation methods.
