"Cellufine Sulfate" is an affinity chromatography resin that has binding activity to viruses and serum proteins. It can be used for the purification of viruses, virus-derived antigen proteins, serum proteins, and heparin-binding proteins. This document presents a case study of the purification of influenza virus derived from chicken egg culture.
