"Cellufine SPA-HC" is a chromatography resin in which highly cross-linked spherical cellulose particles are immobilized with a highly alkaline-resistant Protein A ligand. It features excellent flow characteristics, low Protein A elution levels, and high dynamic binding capacity. Additionally, it maintains good adsorption activity even after multiple cycles of cleaning in place (CIP).
