On the front page of the morning edition of the Yomiuri Shimbun on July 26, 2025 (Saturday), an advertisement for our product "NMR Pipe Protector" was published. We exhibited at the "Condominium Management Association Support Exhibition 2025."
From June 4 (Wednesday) to June 6 (Friday), 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight, our company exhibited the pipe rehabilitation device "NMR Pipe Protector" (hereinafter referred to as Pipe Protector) at the "Condominium Management Association Support Exhibition." Amid rising costs for pipe replacement due to soaring material prices and labor shortages, our technology, which allows for the extension of pipe life without replacement, garnered significant attention from many management associations and equipment contractors. The Pipe Protector prevents rust and extends the life of pipes by converting red rust to black rust, enabling a lifespan extension of over 40 years at less than one-tenth the cost of replacement. On the day of the event, we welcomed many visitors interested in consultations for implementation and companies wishing to become agents, creating an active forum for exchanging ideas. Our booth attracted a diverse range of attendees, including management associations considering implementation, equipment construction companies, and sales agents. We showcased and explained actual implementation cases and the rust prevention mechanism while listening to the challenges and requests of visitors, providing concrete proposals. Through this exhibition, we reaffirmed that interest in extending the lifespan of condominium water supply pipes and air conditioning pipes is increasing year by year.

Exhibition at Germany's "E-world 2025 Energy & Water"
From February 11 to 13, 2025, we participated in the renewable energy and water-related exhibition "E-World 2025" held at Messe Essen in Germany. As one of six companies selected from Tokyo, we exhibited at the "Tokyo Pavilion" and showcased technologies utilizing natural energy. This year's E-World featured 923 companies from around the world, attracting over 30,000 visitors. The main themes of the exhibition were hydrogen energy and smart grids, with companies focused on solar and wind power being in the minority. Among them, our "Kumano-style Ocean Current Power Generation System," displayed in collaboration with K-Green Energy, stood out as the only natural energy power generation system. Visitors recognized the feasibility of ocean current power generation technology for the first time and showed interest. In the context of the reality that solar and wind power alone are insufficient for achieving carbon neutrality, there is growing hope for the potential of ocean current energy. Additionally, the "NMR Pipe Protector" we exhibited was highly praised for its ability to efficiently produce hydrogen by treating water before electrolysis.

An article advertisement for the NMR pipe protector was featured on the front page of the "Mainichi Shimbun."
On October 12, 2024, in the morning edition of the Mainichi Shimbun, we published a full-page advertisement themed around the SDGs. This is an updated version of an advertisement we published about two years ago. In this advertisement, we appealed for a shift in societal awareness from pipe replacement work that generates high CO₂ emissions to pipe extension that results in zero CO₂ emissions. As a specific solution, we introduced our NMR Pipe Protector. We communicated that by adopting this product, one can achieve over 90% cost reduction while ensuring the long-term extension of pipes, compared to the costs of pipe replacement work in various facilities such as hospitals, hotels, apartments, and government buildings, along with detailed comparative data. Moving forward, our company will continue to provide solutions that contribute to both the environment and the economy, and we will strive to build a sustainable society.
