Lions Mansion Koshigaya North introduced the NMR Pipe Protector in November 2010, resulting in a successful pipe rehabilitation at one-third of the initial estimate. Additionally, the inside of the pipes is protected by a strong black rust coating, contributing to the rehabilitation of the pipes. This high anti-corrosion performance has been highly regarded, leading to an increase in the adoption of the NMR Pipe Protector. By implementing the NMR Pipe Protector, maintenance costs for the piping can be significantly reduced, allowing the remaining budget to be allocated to other building facilities.
