Case study of NMR pipe protector installation at Lions Mansion Koshigaya North - Final installment.

日本システム企画 東京本社
Lions Mansion Koshigaya North introduced the NMR Pipe Protector in November 2010, resulting in a successful pipe rehabilitation at one-third of the initial estimate. This allowed for effective use of the repair reserve fund for LED lighting upgrades and elevator renovations. According to Mr. Kitazawa, who was the chairman at the time of the NMR Pipe Protector's introduction, an endoscopic survey conducted six years later in 2016 showed no growth of red rust. On the contrary, there was a noticeable reduction in the volume of red rust, indicating progress towards black rust. The NMR Pipe Protector sold by Japan System Planning Co., Ltd. has the property of reducing red rust to black rust by supplying free electrons from water, which leads to a decrease in the volume of red rust and improvement in red rust blockage. Additionally, the inside of the pipes is protected by a strong black rust coating, contributing to the rehabilitation of the pipes. This high anti-corrosion performance has been highly regarded, leading to an increase in the adoption of the NMR Pipe Protector. By implementing the NMR Pipe Protector, maintenance costs for the piping can be significantly reduced, allowing the remaining budget to be allocated to other building facilities.
