The "Cosmo Kajigaya Le Seine" conducted a pipe inspection of the exclusive technical management area in 2001, the year before the installation of the NMR pipe protector, and found red rust corrosion, which necessitated urgent measures in the near future. Therefore, in 2002, the 15th year of its construction, the NMR pipe protector was installed, and since then, no problems due to pipe deterioration have occurred. A pipe inspection of the exclusive water supply section was conducted 10 years after installation, in 2012. The interior of the pipes was found to be in a clean state with no progression of red rust, and some black rust was also confirmed, verifying the rust prevention effect of the NMR pipe protector. The removed pipes were displayed on-site, and residents were reportedly surprised by the clean condition inside the pipes. Mr. Itaya, a member of the management committee's architectural expert group, shared the following thoughts on the introduction of the NMR pipe protector: "Thanks to the encounter with the NMR pipe protector, we were able to finally install the long-desired elevator. Furthermore, the added value of the condominium has increased, significantly impacting the asset value." Chairman Nagamura mentioned, "In the future, we want to aim for a more comfortable living environment for residents while reviewing the long-term repair plan."
