Before updating the piping, we recommend a comparison! Anti-corrosion measures inside the pipes with the NMR Pipe Protector - NMRPT - Part 3.

The NMR Pipe Protector (NMRPT) offers more value than just pipe replacement. While replacing pipes addresses the issue of pipe deterioration by replacing them with new ones, the typical lifespan of pipes is around 20 years, after which red rust corrosion will inevitably progress again. Considering that even after spending a significant amount of money on pipe replacement work, which cannot avoid inconveniences in daily life, one can only feel secure for about 20 years, many may question whether pipe replacement is truly the best option. In comparison to pipe replacement, the NMR Pipe Protector can be introduced at a low cost of 1/5 to 1/10, and its rust prevention effect lasts for at least 40 years. Not only does it stop the progression of red rust, but it also transforms existing red rust into hard, water-insoluble black rust crystals, reinforcing the inside of the pipes with a black rust coating. Additionally, the blockage caused by red rust in the pipes is improved because the volume of black rust is 1/10 that of red rust, leading to a reduction in blockage. Thus, compared to pipe replacement, the introduction of the NMR Pipe Protector offers many advantages, and it can be understood as the optimal rust prevention measure against red rust corrosion inside pipes. If pipe replacement is part of future repair plans, it may be worth considering the necessity of such replacement.
