A valve compatible with 40MPa (400bar) is now available in the lineup for industrial check valves!

This is a high-pressure type check valve from Lee, which has many achievements in automobiles, construction machinery, industrial machinery, and medical devices. Depending on the direction of use, there are reverse and forward types. The maximum operating pressure is 40 MPa (400 bar). It can be easily and simply installed in drilled holes that do not require threading, O-rings, or special in-house designs. By inserting the valve into the drilled hole and pressing an expansion pin into the valve, the valve expands and adheres to the hole surface, creating a seal.

An orifice optimized for gas/liquid use with an easy installation mechanism. It can keep flow variation within ±5%.

This is an orifice (restrictor) that can be easily attached to manifolds, etc. There are versions for fluids and gases.

Since it can control the flow in both directions, it regulates the flow with a check valve on one side and a throttle valve on the other. The IMH832 series check valve achieves the lowest pressure loss among valves of the same size. It can be installed in a hole with a diameter of just 8mm and is capable of flowing more than 6 GPM (22.7 L) of water at 100 psi (14.5 KPa). The 832 series check valve provides low leakage through LEE's proven proprietary press-fit method. The installation method is very simple: insert the valve into the machined mounting hole, and by pressing a pin into the body at the designated position, the body expands, securing and sealing it to the base material.
